We have just purchased a car from Hyland cars. We were impressed from start to finish. Anna was very helpful with arranging us a viewing and explaining how the purchase will work. We decided to put a deposit on the car straight away. We discussed the comprehensive warranty and the option to upgrade to a better tier warranty, which we decided to do as we believe it is a fair price. Anna explained that the car will go through the workshop for an interim service and to repair the fog light. Due to the fog light not arriving as soon as we'd hope we agreed to take the car and return it to fit the fog light when it arrives. We are very impressed with our purchase and the customer service we received. We will definitely be keeping a look out on the website in the future. Definitely recommend this garage.

Staff very helpful during buying process and got a good car for a fair price.
Car was bought with an engine light on that as part of the price was fixed, this came back on and i brought it straight back and it was fixed right away!

I was experiencing some wobbling and clunking on my vehicle. Corey and the team were able to fit me in, source my tyres and complete the works within the tightest time scale to ensure I was safely back on the road. It's hard to find a garage I would trust with my vehicle, but also my safety, Hylands has been amazing! The lads were genuine, honest and supportive in my time of need!! From start to finish, the service we revised from Aaron was 100% brilliant. Very friendly, really nice bloke and no pushy sales tactics., Small scratches on the paint work on back wing needed doing and also new front tyres as very low. Highly recommend Hyland Car Sales. They were professional and not at all pushy when we went to view a car. They delivered the car free of charge to avoid us having to drive up to them again once the car was purchased. The car was delivered with 3/4 tank of fuel and it had been serviced and valeted before arrival. The communication was excellent and delivery of the vehicle was prompt and was fit around us. the whole process was made easy, I dealt with a guy called Joe, he sent me pics of every dent/scratch on the vehicle so that I was aware of all its defects as I wasn't able to view it due to location. the vehicle was delivered on the day at the exact time I asked for. I mentioned to Joe that the vehicle was a present for my wife so he even put a ribbon on it, we have had the vehicle for a week or so now and so far so good, its in great condition and my wife is very happy with it. even the guy who delivered the vehicle was very polite and explained all the documentation before he left. I was very weary about buying a car on line but these guys made it easy so I would not hesitate in whole heartedly recommending them

Went above and beyond to sort my new van so it was ready to go with delivering it to suppliers to have a new system fitted and then delivered to get sign writing all complete before i collected it. allowing me to continue working and earning money while van was getting prepared. They really add that personal touch to make you not feel like just another customer who they want money from.

We changed our faithful Polo for a newer model, and it has never been easier or more pleasant to do business than it was at Hyland. The supervisor was very helpful from start to finish. All the cars have been vetted and valeted to a high standard. Our 2014 model looks brand-new. He also gave us a very fair price for our old car in part-exchange. When some electronics new to us played up on the drive home, and we returned immediately to Hyland for advice, he sorted everything out cheerfully. The new (to us) car is a dream to drive, and we are very pleased with the whole experience.

I purchased a freelander 2 from Hyland car sales early December and traded in my car toward it (I felt the price offered for my part ex was fair and only marginally less than I think I would have got privately with a lot less hassle than a private sale).
Unfortunatly a clutch issue materialised and it's a testament to the owner Corey about how he dealt with it. Immediately apologetic for something that realistically he could not have known prior to sale and sorted out replacing a clutch part fully under warranty with himself, no messing, no quibble, just honest decent service and a warranty that really existed without having to fight for it.
The owner is a young guy who is starting out and if he continues to trade with the level of aftercare and service that I received then he will have an extremely great future business.
I have no hesitation in recommending him based on the car itself and the level of aftercare.
Fantastic trader, also nice to be able to view cars properly indoors and being able to look underneath without getting filthy or wet !
Absolutely worth a visit and browse to see what he has for sale.
I would definitely check what was available when we replace my wifes car.
